How it works

1Send a briefLogo, artwork or just an idea (for example "plaid + holly, our shop name on the tail"), quantity and the date you need them.
2Proof and priceWe send a digital proof and one all-in quote in AUD. Shipping to your door is quoted per order, before you pay.
3Pay by PayPal invoiceYou pay first, by PayPal. Only then do we place the order with the factory. No payment, no order.
4Made and shippedBulk production of 100 pcs takes about 6 to 7 days at the factory, then shipping. We tell you the dates in the quote.

Who you are buying from

We are a new trading company, and we say so. Currawong buying desk is operated by Jinan Shenyu International Trade Co., Ltd., registered in Jinan, China. Our partner factories are good at making things. They are not set up to handle English emails, artwork proofs, small mixed orders or export paperwork for a pet business in Australia. That is the part we do.

You tell us what you need, for example a Christmas bandana with your logo, plus engraved ID tags. We find the right factory for each item, send you a proof and one all-in price, collect payment by PayPal invoice, place the orders, check the goods and arrange shipping. Several products can go on one order and one invoice. How they ship together is confirmed in your quote.

We have no list of past customers to show you yet, and we will not invent one.

Written terms for faults and wrong prints come with every quote.
